Pros
The company itself is fun. Had a great time working there and met some great people. Senior managers on the account were very personable and created great environment. Since the agency is so large and part of Omicom, lots of benefits to working at the agency and opportunity to work on big name accounts. Also very dog friendly office was a plus.
Cons
Very little consideration taken for salary increases for internal promotions. No concern with large pay gaps between men and women, even when brought up with managers. Almost a $35K difference.
