Huge, huge turnover rate in corporate HQ speaks for itself. Better than half of the people that moved to the new HQ are gone.
They talk a good game, but don't deliver.
You don't have the IT tools you need to get the job done. If you are good, you make your own tools, but really why would you want to when there are companies out there that will supply you with what you need.
Few managers tell you you did a good job. I actually had one tell me that they didn't need my input they were a director. Well, then you don't get my help either.
They keep increasing management layers and not increasing the number of employees that actually have to do the work. Lots of new VPs, Global Directors, Directors positions; same number of people to do the grunt work.
