      Small company, Good place to get a start in your field.

      Cons

      No chance for increase in pay you will need to change jobs, Company issues a blanket pay increase that is less then inflation. Company puts no investment in you as an employee. Zero training for your field of work.

      None. I saw no positives while working with these people.

      Cons

      Not employee focused. Poor communication. Micromanaged/ mismanaged contracts. They’ll lie to get what they want
