      No Training and horrible raises

      Pros

      I like the size as upper management is available and are mostly intelligent resonable people.

      Cons

      No training whatsoever. Corporate resources, both technical and management, are very old and outdated with a ridiculous accounting system. Raises are far less than inflation.

      Pros

      Small company, Good place to get a start in your field.

      Cons

      No chance for increase in pay you will need to change jobs, Company issues a blanket pay increase that is less then inflation. Company puts no investment in you as an employee. Zero training for your field of work.

      Pros

      OTIE is a great place to be. It's got plenty of interesting, challenging work lined up and a talented staff to handle it. The company is relatively small (compared to AECOM or AMEC for example) so you really get to establish a sense of community with your fellow staff members and management alike. You aren't a number at OTIE and there is always someone you can ask for help if you need it. OTIE does a great job of making you feel like an important member of their team.

      Cons

      Projects tend to be large and last a long time so you may not get to see a project through from start to finish
