      Pros

      No supervision, 1 day wfh, a little flexible in working timing.

      Cons

      Didn’t have a good leader during that time. Overloaded with work. Not balanced workload throughout team. Voices not heard dispute multiples voicing out.

      Pros

      Seems like there was room for upward mobility within the company if you put in the time.

      Cons

      projects were monotonous at times. office located in old/weird government building, not ideal location. Also, canteen food is not good :,(
