Pros

Open office plan Good workmates Buffet dinner Bosses are funny characters Work is not equally distributed, so if you are lucky no one will notice you don't do anything

Cons

Heavy workload if unlucky. No management at all. Many of the bosses are always gone. Senior employees do their own thing. Few middle managers actually care to mentor us. Studios don't share earnings so must close down if not making money. A "team" can be just you left. Each studio has their own working styles which are not consistent. Bosses say they care about employees but do not give increment bonus.

Pros

if you fall in the right team you might get to learn a lot, but at the cost of your own health and finance

Cons

- Overloaded work, with long hours and low pay - Corporate company structure without proper corporate benefits (increment, bonuses, even social events like DnD or team bonding is out of question) - Current local CEO isn't looking too hopeful -Lack of resources - Basic requirements like Adobe licenses can't be issued to us, yet they expect us to do work that require Adobe software - Lack of office space due to downsizing, yet they require workers to be in-office (Current local CEO appeared on the news during Covid lockdown period for forcing staff to work in office) - Toxic backstabbing culture amongst management - Winning projects and doing good work does not translate into any tangible rewards like bonuses/increments - Company saves money by implementing a Bring Your Own Device policy, which requires you to work via a remote desktop that is extremely disruptive to workflow
