Team lunches for birthdays and new employees Flexible time except for Q4 Good HR manager, but has no power to take action to make the employees life better
Cons
Terrible C-level management who have anger management issues and have no education or experience in managing Only strategy is to make more profit at the lowest cost possible Consultant coming in once a month to help in management and innovations while no one heard of the OPM Pros self proclaimed innovations. Nothing ground-breaking was recognized by third parties. 2 team leads with minimal authority, they have to run everything by the founders trust issues
