Pros

This company truly takes care of its employees with great benefits. One standout perk is the PVI insurance, which even extends to family members — a thoughtful and generous touch. The workplace is comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy to stay productive throughout the day. Employees are also well-fed: there’s breakfast provided every morning, and in the afternoon, there’s a snack break with fresh fruit and yogurt. The pantry is fully stocked with instant noodles, sandwiches, and all kinds of snacks — you’ll never go hungry here. Overall, it’s a great place to work. The only downside? You might gain a few pounds from all the food!

Cons

You might gain a few pounds from all the food!

Pros

In my 8 months of interning at OPSWAT, the work culture stood out like no other. From the first day I was greeted and welcomed by several people around the office. I always looked forward to team/office lunches and playing ping pong with my peers. I was also able to take on important projects and regularly meet with customers and prospects. Lastly, everyone wants you to succeed, and as an intern everyone is willing to help you grow. I have learned so much throughout my two sessions as a Product Manager Intern. I would recommend this position and OPSWAT to anyone as it is a great place to work.

Cons

I have no cons at all.

Pros

• Dedicated employees who are committed to the company’s success. • Opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work and make a visible impact. • Exposure to a growing cybersecurity company with a global presence. • Employees are trusted with significant responsibility and autonomy.

Cons

• Environment is heavily influenced by the CEO’s leadership style, which may not be a fit for everyone. It can be really intense. • Employees may be reluctant to raise concerns or challenge leaders out of fear. • PTO and holiday benefits are less competitive than those offered by many similarly sized companies. The limited amount of time off can make it challenging for employees to recharge and maintain long-term work-life balance.
