Pros
very professional , family like environment, well organized with long term vison. Members and students are very happy t deal with us. The Board of directors are very interested in the organized real estate and work hard with OREA to promote that.
Cons
the association and the college are two different business models working under 0ne roof is always a challenge. The college is for profit and the association is for not for profit .
