Review - Business Development Representative (BDR) OREMOR Automotive Group Employee Review

I joined OREMOR as an HR Intern with no previous office experience. I am appreciative that they decided to not only hire me but take the time to train and teach me about Human Resources in general. I have experienced nothing but good interactions with my coworkers as there is a very kind and patient environment here. Additionally, I have the opportunity to work on curating HR training campaigns for staff, discussing the processes involved with Talent Acquisition, and performing various administrative duties to assist the human resources department.

As someone who drinks a lot of water the only con is that the closest bathroom is downstairs through the lobby.

The schedule is very flexible, There is money to be made by those willing to work harder than they would need to elsewhere.

Employees are way overworked. Commissions are difficult to achieve and are constantly made harder to achieve. The environment is very toxic and mass call-outs are a constant so you are always short-staffed. Overall the majority of the employees do not even want to come into work.
