      Very informative and easy to understand. It was also very nice to have a designated office for training purposes. Employees are extremely helpful.

      Pros

      The schedule is very flexible, There is money to be made by those willing to work harder than they would need to elsewhere.

      Cons

      Employees are way overworked. Commissions are difficult to achieve and are constantly made harder to achieve. The environment is very toxic and mass call-outs are a constant so you are always short-staffed. Overall the majority of the employees do not even want to come into work.
