Great company to work for. Everyone from the CEO down to the newest employee cares about the company and its people. There's even a great program within the company where they bring you to Paris and teach you about the company and what they do.

Sometimes the strategy of the company might be a bit hard to figure out. New products and such are rolled out last minute sometimes with little to no notice or education about them. They're improving though.

No company direction, poor work environment, and no one seems to like each other. Makes it difficult to go into the office every day. There is also no training whatsoever on the products and you learn largely on the fly. If you don't have workload automation experience, you'll be in over your head for a long time.
