Great place to work for, but limited positions available for internal move in local office

Pros
The environment and culture are great! A big part of the Montreal office consists of French Orsyp employees who re-located. The company worldwide is only about 300 employees, which makes for a small enough environment to know people personally. Very accommodating and takes time to train their employees. Complete with weekly poker nights and a soccer team! The work itself is interesting, you get to discuss about IT architecture at big companies. Travel is almost only within North America, and days can be partly recovered. Fairly often company or team events.
Cons
Positions in the Montreal office are limited, but if you are willing to re-locate then it is easy to move to Hong Kong, Paris, London, etc. and to try different departments. Sometimes the French folks may seem to be in their own little "clique" - but they are very friendly and open if you make the effort to mingle with them. Pay is decent for the low Montreal standards, but rather low if you work anywhere else. As a consultant there can be low business periods in which you would have to help out other teams - QA, support, etc.
