      Pros

      Decent dental plan, flexible hours, and the Recruiting Lead went out of his way to make the toxic work environment bearable.

      Cons

      Nine employees leaving the HR Department in just the one year I worked there speaks for itself. Pay is below market, health insurance is below average, and senior management is untrustworthy.

      Starting with the staff, very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and I keep going on and on. I worked with OST for approximately 3 1/2 years with no worries. Great place to work.

      Cons

      When my contract ended there were no other positions that I could have been placed in, this is because OST is a great place to work. turnover is very low.
