The management team at OST supports each employee and assist in their development. Each program is set-up to offer various support mechanisms for each individual and make sure they are living up to their potential. OST has daily learning sessions supported by OST university's learning center. The culture can't be beat, weekly happy hours unite the team and teach us a work hard, play hard mentality that keeps our work- life balance in check. I would recommend this company to everyone. This is the best place I have ever worked and I do not plan on leaving any time soon.
