The firm has a collaborative culture where colleagues are approachable and willing to share knowledge and help out. There’s also a strong focus on innovation and improving client service, which makes the work feel progressive rather than routine.

The pace can be demanding at times, particularly when managing urgent matters for clients, but this is to be expected in relation tothe areas of law and at a busy City firm.
