If you wish to work in an office that feels more like a school classroom than a city office then this could be the right fit for you. No supervision. Many disappointed clients. Noisy office/classroom. Either much too hot or too cold. Certain (non legal) staff member who appeared to know nothing at all about any aspect of how a law firm should be run! Conducting meetings discussing confidential client matters in the shared hang out space in one of those awful Workspace offices. Many dodgy practices/breaches of SRA rules. Firms like this give solicitors practices in this country a bad name!!

Management (Partners and their proteges) take great pride in lack of integrity, so do not trust them and watch your back. Astonishing rudeness and disrespect towards staff, including making up stories. Witnessed the Partners telling things to clients that were clearly wrong with no reasonable basis in law, just to make them sign up.
