The pay is essentially minimum wage, yet the expectations are sky-high. KPIs are constantly changing and completely unattainable, creating a high-stress environment that doesn't align with the low salary. The culture is performative and unsupportive. I personally witnessed management using derogatory and ableist language; when this was reported to HR, it was dismissed due to a 'lack of proof' rather than being investigated properly. It is an environment where professional standards are not upheld, and staff wellbeing is ignored in favor of unrealistic metrics.
