Amazing digital and tech based company. Incredible values that they live and breathe. Work from home, great people, so clever, amazing community, cutting edge developments and continuous learning, the ability to make a difference, supportive management, who back you and emotionally support you, flexible and inclusive culture and full of our youngest and brightest. Absolute honour to learn from them.

Cons

Fast paced and intense workload, high KPIS, lots of changes due to new developments and changing strategies. Training can be after new systems are implemented so easy to burn out. Not going into the office as it has free beer, coffee, lounges, Space invaders, the best views of the city and a totally relaxed dress code. Continuous FOMO for my younger self who would have loved that office and culture.
