Awful company, Awful management. Stay away! - Senior Software Engineer Oakam Employee Review

Hi there, thanks for leaving us your feedback. It is indeed true that we have had a change of management a few times in the last 5 years, however, it is only with new and more effective management that the company can continue to grow and move towards a more progressive state of the company. Since Administration, our CEO had taken close to 12 months to rebuild our new executive team and we're working towards a new set of OKRs that will propel the company towards a better future. We've had a number of leavers in the last 6 months that had either left due to underperformance or voluntarily for better career progression after they have been with us for 1-2 years. Our head of compliance had decided to pursue a different opportunity and although he is dearly missed, we can only wish him the best.
