Pros
The only pro is working for everyone else in the building.
Cons
i worked at meadow brook hall, not on campus. You get paid decent if this isn't a job you are sustaining your livelihood with however it doesn't matter if you work full or part time you're expected to work as if you're okay with over time. The expectation is insane for the job description and that is because of how old school the system is. no one is willing to update, accommodate or work around any personal situation you might have. they do no train you, even if they KNOW you aren't experienced. I had my direct boss complain to me about the person who had my position prior and also complain to me about their work load while crying to me (part time and only 1-2 months into the job) about how if i can't do my job she can't do hers. actual tears. screaming at me in the door way for the entire office to hear. untrained, underpaid, no help, no support. btw i had worked here in a different position for 6+ years and it was incredible, but the office work is actually insane. I went to HR with my problem stating either i wanted a different position not under that manager or i was going to leave, they told me to just leave.
