Salary on Time. Hygienic office. Good project. Job Learning. Middle level management is good.

No policies for employees. No respect. No culture. Toxic work environment. Owner is self centred. Success is only limited to top management. Business is doing well but no bothered to share it with the employees who have put thier heart and soul for it.
