Salary on Time. Hygienic office. Good project. Job Learning. Middle level management is good.

Cons

No policies for employees. No respect. No culture. Toxic work environment. Owner is self centred. Success is only limited to top management. Business is doing well but no bothered to share it with the employees who have put thier heart and soul for it.

Used to be one of the better companies but now it has absolutely zero good points.

Cons

1. Company has started working on all Saturdays 2. Fired almost 200 people thereby creating unnecessary pressure on the remaining employees 3. No increment since the last 2 years and making employees work like slaves
