We understand that the foundation of this environment is making sure that each person has difficult challenges to solve, is surrounded by peers they respect and can learn from, and feels recognized. It is clear you felt that you didn’t have difficult challenges to solve and that you weren’t recognized. As part of recognizing team members we do believe we have a clear salary structure documented and explained to all employees as they join, and we will look into our policies to understand why this structure was not made more clear to you. We want to assure that there is no room for politics and discrimination in our company and we have verified with other employees to ensure this is not the case in our company.
