Pros

No pros other than sitting in office without any work.

Cons

1. Confused and clueless upper management running behind unknown/unclear goals 2. Biased upper management support only some favourite employees those are incapable to deliver any tasks on time. 3. Like people who do buttering. 4. No spine to pick new technologies still using old technologies 5. Increment procedure is different for near and dear and for others it's no increment. 6. Forces employees to resign without giving proper reason, even if you ask they say first resign then we'll answer and after that they cut down all means of communication for you by saying you're no longer employee of this company so we are not bound to answer you. 7. Incapable leads and managers who can never survive after this company 8. No basic facilities are present like microwave, coffee machine, clean toilets, clean desks, first-aid kit. In case you take out more than 2 printouts they ask you to bring papers with your own money. 9. Salary comes to account after 5-10 day of month. 10. Company policies are not followed by company itself. Also it changes for person to person. 11. They treat you like slaves don't expect respect from upper management.

Thank you for your time in sharing this feedback. We take your comments very seriously. First, in speaking to leadership and other team members, we want to underscore that we do not support discrimination or bias. Career progression is based on past performance and aptitude and assessed annually by management. As an agency, we work in response to customer demand. In your case, it looks like that may have had the effect of changing directions, even after receiving training. While we try to avoid these situations, sometimes the nature of the business requires that we have to change course. Also, the technology we select is defined by the customers’ needs and our ability to deliver exceptional service. As a consideration, we give our employees the option to chose between getting terminated or resign to protect their future. We never force anyone to resign. However, we will let our management team know to ensure there is clarity in such discussions. We are taking steps to install more kitchen amenities for employees and increase the frequency of office care to increase office cleanliness. We have checked and verified that there have been no salary payment delays. We are sorry that you felt so frustrated with your experience. It is our commitment to create a culture of best-in-class individuals and service. In order to ensure overall health and happiness, we use a tool called OfficeVibe. This allows all employees to anonymously give feedback to management. What we see is that overall, staff is happy, feels challenged and supported by management. We wish you best of luck in your future professional endeavors.

Pros

One can sit, relax and retire.

Cons

1. No proper salary structure ( if you are experienced, you won't feel that you have got salary hike, in this company, even it might get very less than the previous in-hand salary), they maintain about 75:25 ratio in terms of salary. 2. Politics (Favouritism, Linguistic discrimination, Racism) 3. No talent recognition 4. No Proper Project Allocation ( one day you will be in project, next day you will be in another, and also there will not be any) 5. Psychological trauma

Thank you for sharing your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you felt this level of unhappiness! We are committed to providing a space for the best to come together, solve difficult challenges, and build lifetime relationships. We understand that the foundation of this environment is making sure that each person has difficult challenges to solve, is surrounded by peers they respect and can learn from, and feels recognized. It is clear you felt that you didn’t have difficult challenges to solve and that you weren’t recognized. As part of recognizing team members we do believe we have a clear salary structure documented and explained to all employees as they join, and we will look into our policies to understand why this structure was not made more clear to you. We want to assure that there is no room for politics and discrimination in our company and we have verified with other employees to ensure this is not the case in our company. We do recognize that project allocation should have more structure and are working to prevent similar frustrations moving forward. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.
