      Team members are quite supportive. Very basic benefits

      Cons

      Family business, administred as a family business. There is absolutely no room for growth. Leadership has no concern but to squeeze more of the employees.

      Best team I’ve ever been on. Leadership that cares and listens. Great mentors and though leaders.

      Pros

      Honor's other countries important holidays.

      Cons

      The company does not honor Martin Luther King Day. It sends an email about its importance but expects the American workforce to work on the holiday, while it honors major holidays from other countries with time off.
