The team in Banja Luka was friendly and supportive. The office environment was comfortable and provided decent working conditions. It can be a good place to gain initial experience and learn the basics of the job.
Cons
Micromanagement was a significant issue. Salaries were relatively low compared to the workload and responsibilities.
