Pros

The team in Banja Luka was friendly and supportive. The office environment was comfortable and provided decent working conditions. It can be a good place to gain initial experience and learn the basics of the job.

Cons

Micromanagement was a significant issue. Salaries were relatively low compared to the workload and responsibilities. Management from Denmark often lacked the knowledge and experience needed to effectively lead client projects, which sometimes resulted in client dissatisfaction and lost accounts. Work was often handled superficially rather than strategically. There were no seminars, training programs, or opportunities for professional development.
