Not many benefits for staff, even after working there for a couple of years.

A lot of room to create new content and gain experience. Great coworkers. Very flexible work remote policy.

Intraoffice politics between different sections can be tricky. Whatever job description you are hired with, 'keep management happy' is the actual job here. Not a lot of annual leave.
