      Pros

      Lots to learn with room for progression. Staff are lovely to work with. No micromanaging in my experience. Fairly flexible with hours and hybrid working.

      Cons

      Very high turnover of staff. Benefits are not great. Communication across the company could be improved a lot. Oftentimes a high stress environment.
