Pros
Since my first day in BidRecruit, I have genuinely felt like I am working for an excellent company, a super product and I am making a positive impact. There is so much potential within the company for career growth, the 'sky's the limit' mentally is encouraged. An important element for my next career move was to find a company that was progressive and transparent and I have found that in BidRecruit. Importantly, they are a company with a clear vision on where they want to go and they share that with us as employees, keeping us engaged and enthusiastic. They invest in their people as much as their product which is invaluable.
Cons
I don't think there aren't any downsides personally, it's a growing start-up so they don't have the free meals or table tennis, but I knew that going in and wasn't looking for that.
