Pros
There is a great atmosphere in the office and it feels like everybody is working together to achieve a common goal. I was set very clear targets and my coworkers were always on-hand if I had any questions or needed any advice to achieve these targets. It was the ideal time to work at BidRecruit as the company was growing and it was exciting to be part of a rapidly expanding business. The software is a good quality product which is a huge plus as you feel that you can actually be of help to your costumers. The skills that I have learnt here, along with the reference from Caroline, has been a huge advantage when progressing in my career.
Cons
I cannot think of any major downsides with working here. If you work hard I am sure that you will find your employment here a rewarding and enjoyable experience.
