Lovely team of staff doing important conservation work. Decent pay, flexible hours

Unclear expectations, poor communication when said unclear expectations are not met.

The work is interesting - we're working to save the ocean!! My coworkers are really nice and supportive. We are fully remote and so have flexibility during the day. As long as we get our work done and meet our goals, no one is micromanaging us.

As a not for profit, our salaries are lower than if we were to work in a for-profit company. But we get a lot of flexibility and other perks that make up for it.
