      Pros

      Working at Octave has been the best professional experience of my career. The people here are truly passionate, collaborative, and understanding. Leadership actively listens and incorporates feedback, which creates an environment where everyone feels valued and supported. What you see in Octave’s principles is exactly how the organization operates—transparent, mission-driven, and focused on both clients and clinicians. I’m constantly in awe of how teams come together to tackle challenges with creativity and care. The company holds a high standard for quality of care and treats clinicians with genuine respect. It’s rare to find a place that combines such strong values with a culture of growth and collaboration, but Octave delivers on both.

      - Lack of recognition/Appreciation at high levels - Current push to be teaching AI all aspects - following trends similar to companies that have recently done mass layoffs - Lack of support from top leadership for workers who are frontline dealing with clients/providers
