No HR. Management is a mess. They do not care about your needs and do not communicate changes AT ALL. Also very unresponsive for simple requests. I had asked to come into the office during COVID just to grab my belongings since we were 4-months in and they have all ignored my request - not even a simple yes or no. Higher-ranked executives often look down and do not value "lower-ranked" employees. Not a diverse work environment.
