      Good coworkers Flexible hybrid schedule

      Cons

      Management was terrible. The president of the company consistently goes on power trips. You will NOT be heard, whether it's ideas or concerns. Upper management does what they want. A lot of incompetency and gaslighting.

      Pros

      OESD is a well run, fun place to work with a fantastic team that listens to other's opinions. Great benefits package, work - life balance, and a relaxed, fun office environment.

      Cons

      None really. I feel like the management team listens well, and truly cares about it's employees.

      nice building. good people on a team level.

      Cons

      Leadership isn’t very transparent, especially about why people leave. Decisions feel last minute, and speaking up about problems DOES NOT go over well.
