Pros
Smart people, great team work and company culture. Hard work as with most agencies, but some good compensation (time in lieu), flexible working, birthday leave, loyalty leave. Excellent training programs
Cons
Can be long hours - definitely not a 9-5 career choice. You'll learn a lot so if you don't want to challenge yourself or work hard, this agency is not for you. Some leaders are better than others. Some clients are also better than others! YOu can burn out quickly with the wrong ones.
