1. Mandatory 9 hrs/ day policy. It's implemented as some of the employees started taking advantage of a free/ open work culture. But there has to be some other way to tackle this problem. 2. People leave this organisation to join more established ones, but it's always better to be a part of a fast growing company and grow with it rather that joining an already grown company with stagnated growth. 4.
