      Pros

      Company is having really good project and grow well.

      Cons

      Worst working environment , no SDLC, no workflow management, poor resource management,poor communication from senior managers, no knowledge sharing, no vision, lack of planning, company could have been grown very well in the past two years but because of bad management is now heading down. lacking in client satisfaction , no deliveries yet.

      Managers don't have any experience of leading the team. On Business Analyst Profile people use to do data entry,formatting & support work female employee favouritism they gets leaves so early and work of there area of Interest

      Pros

      1] Very open culture. 2] Opportunity to learn anything & everything. Show your interest & get the opportunity. 3] Senior staff is greatly supportive. 4] Bright chances of onsite to talented people.

      Cons

      1] The company is in shifting mode from Service based to product based. So I would say Serviced based technical people are not very comfortable as the environment is challenging & time bound. 2] Salary is credited on 10th or earlier for given month. 3] Lack of Entertainment quotient. Management is working to improve on this front though.
