It is good for remote work

Not proper management of work

Company itself is a con. No pros i could find.

The very problem with this company is the ideology of the boss who believes employees are machines, yes he said that to me. The boss is utterly delusional. His thoughts keep on changing overnight and so the projects. You'll have no idea what you are working on. Initially, you'll feel you are going to make something, and suddenly his folly kicks in and he'll end up abandoning the damn thing. The worst of all is his quotes, they kill the inspiration instead. He's just masquerading to be a good person, only later you'll see the inferior mind hidden inside that skull. He'll make you work more instead of enhancing his management skills. Also, even after this, if you join the company just don't forget to turn behind and catch a glimpse when he his asleep sitting on the chair, it can give a good laugh. Jokes aside, this company has some serious issues, as a fresher, I did the mistake to join this company and anyone can do the same. Still, everyone has a choice. Good luck!
