Everything is a con. The CEO himself is so technically inadequate, it's ridiculous. He will only let his employees learn what he knows which is everything that's outdated. Refuses to use any libraries because he is a genius and doesn't need any libraries. A godforsaken courtesy like tea isn't provided here, not even once, never because it's bad for our 'health'. The drinking water is either non-exist or warm or complete garbage or any combination of the above words. No system to keep track of either the attendance or logging the time thus he gets to play the accusation game based on his memory. Will never let you leave on time irrespective of the work done, doesn't matter, you have to OT everyday without any goddamn compensation. Will shamelessly tell you to give time to company even at your home to research something. No appreciation for effort is shown ever because he doesn't really understand how an employee did it, he just wants to know if we did it or not so that he can shove another task down our throats. The number of public holidays that are given consists of 50 percent Sundays which is so ridiculous. Never commits on Saturdays, not even a single Saturday is off, it's always 'we will decide layer' and we are always in 'pre-release' sprint because the project never gets completed due to never ending list of requirements getting appended overnight. Communication is complete shite, absolute garbage, purest form of dirt that you will ever hear, he doesn't know how to combine technology and English together so he will throw half baked sentences at you and leave it upto you to decrypt the da Vinci code meanwhile. Since he has no life outside of his laptop, he keeps working overtime at his home and sleeps in the work hours rendering us completely stagnant for hours because he is asleep. I will say it one last time if it isn't clear enough, spare yourself the trouble, save your life, run from this job because contrary to the name, it is not OKAY at all.
