Oktra is a very cold and corporate company to work for. I had high hopes when I started as it seemed a cool place to work. But reality was very different. I found myself on my own with no help or support. The senior management are cold and very corporate with no interest in minions I was over worked with no let up or time off in lieu for unpaid overtime. When I raised issues with my line manager.
