      I am not unemployed so that's a positive

      Cons

      This company was ok two years back. But not now Two thirds of the lesser employees were fired, instead of putting then on furlough. It's a very toxic work environment anyway. So most were relieved to go

      Cold and Corporate

      Some people are nice but not the managers and directors

      Oktra is a very cold and corporate company to work for. I had high hopes when I started as it seemed a cool place to work. But reality was very different. I found myself on my own with no help or support. The senior management are cold and very corporate with no interest in minions I was over worked with no let up or time off in lieu for unpaid overtime. When I raised issues with my line manager. I was disposed of shortly after

      No people support to staff

      Pros

      As a brand it has potential and with the added working culture of free drinks on a Friday creates a "sociable" atmosphere. Made some good friends, who no longer work there.

      Cons

      Zero training internally of process and structure. No direction or advice from HR and constantly turned away as I was there for 13 months. The high turnover of staff when changes take place is questionable. I was "let go" a few months ago as there was a new departmental structure, and my good performance was not factored in - again, zero support from HR . This may be due to the fact that HR also manages the IT and all admin.
