The company has high standards (for Researchers at least).

Cons

Very, toxic and aggressive work environment that is needlessly hierarchical. You have "Account Manager" style recruiters who receive jobs / client accounts from higher-ups and then rely on Researchers to fill the job vacancies for them making it somewhat unclear what value they add to the company.
