      -Casual and friendly work culture -Good work/life balance -Safe office location with tons of snacks and amenities -Some managers really love working at Omega and are striving to keep progressing with their teams

      -Layoffs right after the Company had a town hall about keeping the Company together -Rampant nepotism -Distrust with Company as a whole, lacks follow through and is constantly changing direction -Not competitive pay/benefits -Spends too much time and money on the “image” of the Company
