The pay is decent and you will usually get a raise every year.

The lack of leadership skills trickles from the top all the way down. The first few years were great with an amazing manager and solid team. After Covid things just took a turn for the worst and stayed there. Making your numbers does not mean anything and you will still be made to feel like that is not good enough. Even when you make good numbers they will change those numbers last minute so it’s harder for you to get your bonus. The managers are constantly belittled and stressed no matter how good they are doing. That energy is definitely felt throughout the boutique and nationwide. Employees use to be valued more and stayed for years and now there is a high turnover rate due to always being made felt inadequate. It truly is a boys club; so if you are a woman trying to work your way up..good luck. HR is a joke! They will answer your questions with more questions and make you feel like you are in the wrong. You are basically on your own. I use to love this company and it is really sad to see what it has turned into. This job gave me burnout at the end and really made my mental health decline. The pay is not worth it.
