Pros

Global Brand, Luxury Products, good clients

Cons

Run poorly. Inexperienced and immature management and poor upper management. The number one reason employees leave a company is due to poor management. Managers falsifying time-sheets, rarely in store. Managers leave work in the middle of the day for 4+ hours to get haircuts and go out on extended lunches. Speaking up about any problems will only make you a target. Bullying culture. Company does not value experience, skill or money you make them. Constant meetings and performance reviews - to the point of harassment. No procedural fairness. Independence is not valued. If you are a competent worker and can work on your own, this is not a company for you. You will be micromanaged to the point of exhaustion. Management will manage workers out of a job by resorting to bullying, harassment and lies if they perceive you to be a threat. Trying to emulate the snobbery of better brands such as Rolex.
