Started out as a good company with a few quirks. Very laid back company and casual dress code. Managers come off as nice and caring at first.
Cons
Where do I begin... The pay is absolutely terrible. They are not competitive at all. Very high turn over rate because pay and benefits are so bad. Insurance is through Humana and it's ungodly expensive if you have a family that needs to be on the policy. They only pay 75% of the full time employees insurance and nothing for spouse or kids. You'd easily pay over 900 a month for family insurance here. Vacation is a joke. You get a half day per month for the first year and one day a month after 2 years. The ceo does not know how to run this place. In the 3 years I was there I got a 3% raise which equaled out to a 68 cent an hour raise which is insulting. The managers do not appreciate their employees and you can forget getting any kind of praise for a job well done. There is no room for advancement or raises at all. They would rather hire kids right out of school and pay them low wages than hire someone with experience. If you have more than 2 years experience in your field don't expect to make anything close to what industry standards are.
