Pros

The headquarters office space build-out was done exceptionally well. The hotels are quite nice and deliver exceptional customer service. It's amazing they do so well when behind the scenes the company is such a mess. It used not to be that way, but they have not faired well through the extensive growth.

Cons

Poor leadership, discriminatory hiring practices, prejudice against anyone that doesn't fit their narrow view of people (I did fit the mold, or I wouldn't have gotten the job). They have extremely high turnover, and it's not due to a strong labor market. Before interviewing there or accepting an offer, ask several third party recruiters for their opinions. Most won't send candidates there because the employees don't stay. Most of the people I worked with at the headquarters office were interviewing to get away from such a toxic environment. Archaic HR policies including the time off policy. It's due to having an individual owner which I totally understand. Senior management should respect that too, but even they circumvent the policies and make side deals with employees on time off. Omni doesn't make adequate investments in equipment and technology, then they squeeze employees beyond what is feasible given the infrastructure limitations.

Pros

Very accommodating with scheduling, good pay and is rotational within the department you’re assigned

Cons

When understaffed it can get really overwhelming. May not be able to rotate to a different department. Job offer after was not as expected
