      Omni is one of the best hotels I have ever worked for. They care about you as an individual and always striving to make our team better. I love how Omni has a great helping hand in our community.

      Pros

      The culture and hospitality I have experienced so far has been nothing short of exceptional. From the Interviewing to my first day and beyond, everyone has been very helpful and inviting. I am excited to be apart of the OMNI family.

      Cons

      No cons specifically but once in my department I was hoping for a bit more structure and information as to specific duties, trainings and expectations but other than that I have had a great experience and since have more information.
